ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please notify the director as soon as possible if your camper’s schedule will vary. Parents are still responsible for paying the weekly summer camp fee regardless of absences, emergency closings, or agency observed holidays.

TUITION POLICY

There is a one-time non-refundable Activity Fee of $60.00/camper to enroll in C3 KIDS 2021 Summer Camp. This fee will assist in covering the cost of t-shirts, field trips, presentations, etc.

The weekly payment is due and payable every Monday. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed on late payments past the week of care. Please see the Fee Agreement for rates and other conditions.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE POLICY

Your camper will only be released to those that are authorized by you. Please be sure to update your authorized pick-up sheet up as needed. Any person unfamiliar to C3 Kids employees will be asked to show photo ID. C3 Kids CANNOT release your child to anyone under the age of 18.

HEALTH POLICY

Please see our Family Handbook on illness policies including our COVID-19 procedures. C3 Kids employees will conduct a daily health and temperature check on your camper to check for signs of illness. Any medication needs must follow our MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION POLICY that you will find in the Family Handbook. All campers must have an updated Health Assessment form completed and signed by a doctor to enroll in summer camp. Your camper’s immunization record must also be included. Because safety of your child is our primary concern all C3 Kids employees are CPR and Pediatric First Aid Certified.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE

In the event of a medical emergency regarding your camper, 911 will be called. We will then notify you.

DISCIPLINE POLICY

C3 Kids employees attend regular trainings on developmentally appropriate ways to deal with behavior issues. While many issues (hitting, tantrums, bullying etc.) are age appropriate, we feel it best to re-direct the child and always reward positive behavior. We will remove any camper who is causing harm or distraction to the other campers or C3 Kids employees. The camper will be given supervised time to regain their composure, so they can re-join their peers. If you camper’s behavior becomes a constant issue, the director will request a conference with you so that we can work together to correct the behavior.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

All employees of C3 KIDS are required to carry an oath of confidentiality towards all children and families enrolled. They will not discuss any issue regarding your child with anyone other than you and the administrative team at C3 KIDS.

TERMINATION POLICY

C3 Kids reserves the right to terminate our contract and care for your child should the following occur: Non-payment of tuition, any behavior problem that is beyond our control and is compromising the safety and well-being of the other campers or C3 Kids employees, or any reason we find necessary.

C3 KIDS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS LICENSED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES. WE ARE MANDATED CHILD ABUSE REPORTERS.
